Rib Rub
2 Tbsp. Paprika
2 Tbsp. Kosher Salt
3 Tbsp. Sugar
2 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
1 Tbsp. Ground Cumin
2 tsp. Chili Powder
1 Tbsp. Pepper
1/2 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
1 Tbsp. Onion Powder
1 Tbsp. Garlic Powder
1 Tbsp. Celery Salt
1 tsp. crushed Oregano
Combine all ingredients. Stir till combined. Store remainder in a cool dry place.
