Apple Barbecue Pork Chops
8 boneless pork chops
2 T oil
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. barbecue sauce (your favorite brand)
1 can apple pie filling
honey
In a frying pan, brown pork chops in oil. Combine the remaining ingredients and pour over pork chops. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cover. Simmer for 15 minutes or until done. Serve with steamed rice.
