1/2 c. Best Foods Mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
3 finely chopped Chipotle Chilies in Adobo Sauce
Adobo Sauce (using the sauce that the Chilies came in)
Finely chop 3 chillies from can, leaving sauce on them. Set aside. Whisk mayonnaise and sour cream. Add desired amount of Adobo Sauce, continue to whisk until combined. Add chopped chillies. Refrigerate for several hours so that the flavors can "marry". Serve as a dip, a taco topping, a sandwich spread or with anything you want to add a little "kick" to.
