Julie's Jalapeno Cream Cheese and Sausage Egg Rolls

These tasty little egg rolls are FABULOUS for an entree or an appetizer...
we like to eat them any ol' time. They are kid and ADULT friendly....EVERYONE seems
 to adore their "simpleness" as well as their great taste!

Julie's Jalapeno Cream Cheese and Sausage Egg Rolls
1 lb. ground sausage (mild, medium or hot), cooked and drained
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 c. freshly grated parmesan cheese
1 small can diced green chilies, drained
24 egg roll wraps
Oil for frying

Soften cream cheese. Place in a mixing bowl with sausage and other cheeses. Mix until blended. Add chilies, stir until combined. Place a spoonful in the center of egg roll wrap and roll according to egg roll wrap package directions. Repeat until all filling is gone or you run out of egg roll wraps. Deep fry in HOT oil (375 degrees)...just until browned. Enjoy!
