We are nearing the end of summer...its pretty much over. Its been cooler, and looks more "fallish"....BUT you don't have to put away the smoothies yet, they can be eaten YEAR ROUND!
We ate this delicious Tropical Peach Smoothie for breakfast. Its packed full of fruit and yogurt which makes it a healthy way to start the day. NO GUILT HERE!!
Tropical Peach Smoothie
1 can crushed pineapple
12 oz. vanilla yogurt (I used the "light" yogurt, you can use whatever you want)
1 c. fresh or frozen peaches
Blend ingredient in a blender until smooth. Top with a dollop of whipped topping if desired.
